Does your Steam account say that you "purchased" it? You are, of course, welcome to do your own research.
In Mod Organizer only the high res DLC highrestextureack03.esp and 02 are shown on the left side of the screen and on the plugins section and error messages stating that "plugin Dawnguard. I believe that Steam can be contacted to remove DLC from your account.
